Jackie Doucette is a Carpinteria based artist and illustrator who weaves a love of living by the ocean, reflections on parenting, and a joy of the everyday ordinary in her work. Her creative practice is an ongoing experiment inspired by life, nature, and the chaos of raising little humans. She combines analog techniques — acrylic paint, watercolor, collage and linework — to build warm and engaging visuals. 

When not working from her kitchen table “studio” or painting during naptime, Jackie can be found catching ankle high waves at Rincon, biking around town with her 5yr old (and 2yr old in tow), and snagging bites of Dang Burger with family and friends.
